There is a strong graffiti loving sub-culture that permeates Melbourne. Walking
through Melbourne, one sees some interesting examples especially towards the
Flinders St area and thereabouts althought this was seen by the author in one of the
side streets in Argyle Park that he enjoys transecting.
"While there is a real Digital Divide between Australia’s urban cities
and regional towns, there is a still greater divide between these
centres and the truly remote communities. Simply by considering the
geographical isolation and climatic extremes that characterise some of
the Aboriginal communities across Cape York and central Australia, it
is possible to imagine how difficult it would be to provide access to
those Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services that can
be crucial to effective development for these communities…"
