MOM: Pre-AGM of COE…
Council,
We had our first impromtu meeting of the COE.
Time: 11.45pm, 02/01/05
Present: Reds, K, Gsth
Absentees: Ami, Aiyaps, Mia
Points of Action:
* The COE will be the “Council of Evil” only to those who know off its inner workings i.e. its Board of Directors (Us) and Honrary members. It will be the “Centre of Excellence” to those who are not privy. This is to provide a certain degree of exclusivity to this organization…ahem…ahem.
* Honorary members can be added and must be seconded by all of the BOD
* The Power of Veto can be exercised in such matters (any razorburn from such a veto is to be dealt with only within the council…)
* Any information that you would like added to the website, should be e-mailed to me. This, however, is purely a matter of convenience. All off the BOD will be given admin privileges which will allow them to alter the website at will. All I ask is that everyone be kept informed of major changes.
Other ideas discussed were:
* Creating an “About Us” link (with relevantly evil bio-data’s about four lines each)
* In the About Us section, K would like to call himself “The Visionary” (talk to him for more detail)
* Reds has not decided on a name (he has asked for more time to think)
* Personally, I like the title of “Furyan” (yesterday’s “Chronicles of Riddick” flick has affected me deeply)…this may not be the most apt, however
Pending:
* The other members of the BOD to be give themselves name
* Bio-datas to be provided by individual members (e-mailed to Gsth for updation)
* Honrary members currently are Mux and Chacko Chan (I will need confirmation from the rest of the COE to add them to the list)
